Last evening's feast was held in the apartment of Irena Popov and her daughter, Genia. Irena is the current director of the Youth Center where Tanya was the former director. Genia is an accomplished 15-year-old gymnast. She showed me photos of a trip with her gymnastic team to France last winter. She also made me a CD copy of all the photos. When I asked her if she was going to be in the Olympics next year, she said, "No. Only the best are in the Olympics."
